0446 Incineration equipment, bridge measures for chemical silos

This is an example of introducing a Brody disk as a bridge solution at the bottom of a conical silo.

We would like to introduce an example of bridge prevention measures taken in the chemical silo of the incineration equipment. As a bridge prevention measure below the conical silo (where an upward cone for powder pressure dispersion is installed inside the silo), we have introduced a Brodie disk. The overview of the silo is as follows: Silo diameter: 2000φ, discharge section is 300φ butterfly valve to 200□ rotary valve. 【Brodie Disk Placement Overview】 ■ Below the upward cone - 4 standard Brodie disks arranged in 2 tiers ■ The 4 disks in the lower tier are installed closer to the butterfly valve ■ Between the 300φ butterfly valve and the 200□ rotary valve - 4 mini Brodie disks are arranged ■ Total: 8 Brodie disks and 4 mini Brodie disks * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous examples of implementations.
